Supporting the Taco Bell Ireland business, you will report directly to our UK&I Marketing Director who will be there to champion and coach you to success. At Taco Bell HQ, we are a tight band of cultural rebels here to make an impact, we operate a fairly flat structure and you will have visibility and access to everyone from our General Manager all the way through to our global Taco Bell International Leaders who will be on hand to support and champion your work and career growth. We also need people who are comfortable working in a more entrepreneurial “start-up” environment. This will require you to think strategically and commercially at times but also be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the execution phase for key projects. Glen Bell was a trail-blazing entrepreneur who saw things differently when he started Taco Bell, and we apply the same mindset today. Through listening, learning, focusing on the right things and rapid prototyping, you will lead the team to get to market quickly with new ideas. You will validate and evolve programs, scaling what works across the system. Thinking like a start-up with the leadership of a winning brand is an extremely powerful advantage, and you will be part of a lean, innovative group that is shaking up the industry
