Job Description

Supporting the Taco Bell Ireland business, you will report directly to our UK&I Marketing Director who will be there to champion and coach you to success. At Taco Bell HQ, we are a tight band of cultural rebels here to make an impact, we operate a fairly flat structure and you will have visibility and access to everyone from our General Manager all the way through to our global Taco Bell International Leaders who will be on hand to support and champion your work and career growth. We also need people who are comfortable working in a more entrepreneurial “start-up” environment. This will require you to think strategically and commercially at times but also be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the execution phase for key projects. Job Responsibility

  • Be the strategic and commercial business owner to deliver a marketing strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • worked in a FMCG, retail or food related industry
  • strong, relationship-focused leader with proven track record of inspiring and influencing cross-functional partners
  • experience developing marketing strategies, building and executing marketing calendars across multiple and individual markets
  • experience launching new products a plus
  • experience effectively managing all aspects of creative process
