We are seeking a commercially minded Brand Manager to lead the brand portfolios of a premium and casual multi-venue hospitality group. This role is responsible for ensuring every brand expression across all venues delivers a cohesive, elevated and memorable guest experience. Working within our in-house Marketing department, the Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring process, strategy and creativity are delivered for each brand. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury positioning, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand strategy into flawless execution across all marketing channels.
Job Responsibility:
Work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing, Operations Managers and General Managers to create tailored marketing plans across all relevant venues
Ensuring cohesion between restaurant teams and the Marketing department, to ensure that marketing activity is effective, collaborative and implemented correctly
Work closely with department leaders to identify proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges across the venues
Work with our third-party partners to execute marketing requirements as required including PR agency, third party creative partners, merchandise and production partners
Manage and report on campaign activities, ensuring activity is meets agreed KPIs and budget parameters
Develop and implement agreed processes and procedures to streamline workflow, drive productivity and ensure the diverse output required from the team can be delivered in the most effective and efficient way
Develop and nurture professional relationships within the industry, including media partners, industry bodies and KOLs
Ensure the marketing team is seen as a supportive, collaborative and effective business partner to all venues
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience within brand management within hospitality, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands
Strong ability to manage relationships with internal and external suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Well-organised with an exceptional ability to multi-task
High level attention to detail
Flexibility in approach, and an ability to embrace a dynamic, ever-changing workflow
