We’re looking for a Brand Manager to be the guardian of one of our established brands. You’ll shape its strategy, protect its identity and make sure it shows up consistently and powerfully across every channel and every customer touchpoint. You’ll work closely with our Channel Marketing Managers, who bring the brand to life for guests every day, and partner with operations, sales and commercial colleagues to make sure brand activity is always connected to business performance. This role reports into the Senior Brand Manager and is based at our Cardiff HQ, with travel across our venues and brands.
Job Responsibility:
Own the brand strategy and act as the guardian of its identity, tone and standards
Lead integrated campaign planning and delivery, from brief through to performance review
Shape the content and creative output that brings the brand to life across every channel
Use insight, research and data to track brand health and inform decisions
Manage the brand marketing budget with both creative ambition and commercial discipline
Support new venue openings, ensuring the brand lands accurately from day one
Requirements:
Proven experience in a brand management role, with a strong track record of building and protecting a brand
A minimum of 5 years’ brand or marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, leisure, food and beverage, lifestyle or a similarly fast-paced consumer sector
Deep knowledge of brand strategy, positioning and identity management
Strong campaign planning skills, with experience leading integrated activity across multiple channels
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and the drive to build brands that people love
