Job Responsibility:
Develop compelling creative briefs for ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) campaigns that drive both brand equity and sales
Lead relationships with external partners, including creative, media, and PR agencies, from briefing to final delivery and evaluation
Manage and optimize the brand’s marketing budget (A&P), ensuring all activities are delivered within financial targets
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to identify threats and opportunities, ensuring the brand maintains a competitive edge
Lead the launch of New Product Developments (NPDs) and manage the full product lifecycle, including packaging updates and portfolio optimization
Act as the internal "brand guardian," training internal teams (Sales, CS) on brand values, tone of voice, and product unique selling points (USPs)
Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI and brand health
Requirements:
At least 3 years' brand management or marketing experience (preferably in FMCG)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is considered a plus)
Proven ability to translate complex consumer insights into actionable brand strategies and product growth plans
Strong understanding of integrated activations and digital marketing performance tools
A "hands-on" professional approach with a track record of managing projects from conception to completion
Professional fluency in both English and Greek (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to plan, prioritize, and achieve ambitious commercial goals
Excellent command of MS Office and experience working with CRM tools
