We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the entire lifecycle of a product. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns, optimizing revenue, and possessing a deep understanding of various marketing channels and analytics. The Brand Manager will be directly working with the management team and overseeing the marketing team.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support products through all lifecycle stages
Strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives
Develop and execute brand strategies and messaging to establish and maintain a strong brand identity
Oversee and manage SEO, PPC, SMO, ORM, and influencer marketing initiatives
Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and competitive positioning
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and other key stakeholders
Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all marketing materials
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and other external partners
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
Identify emerging trends and opportunities to maintain competitive advantage
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Manage media relations and oversee distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
Organize and oversee promotional events, press conferences, and product launches
Ensure crisis communication plans are in place and executed effectively during brand crises
Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies
Utilize business analytics to drive data-driven decision making and optimize marketing efforts
Provide detailed reporting on marketing campaign performance to stakeholders
Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve business objectives and foster professional growth
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Certified Digital Marketer, Business Administration, or a related field
9+ years of experience in brand management or digital marketing
Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms for campaign management and performance tracking
Nice to have:
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
