Job Responsibility:
Initiate and implement campaigns, launches, innovations, or similar based on market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insight within assigned areas of responsibility
Drive segment, category, brand, product, or solution performance and leverage business potential through projects and processes in cooperation with other functions
Ensure that the necessary marketing vehicles (products, systems, and marketing material) are in place
Generate marketing deliverables (insight, business case, key selling arguments, and communication package)
Drive the Category innovation strategy by identifying consumer insights and preparing Innovation concepts in cooperation with the Innovation Manager
Responsible for growing category and brand with support from the region, local sales, technical, supply chain, and customer network to achieve agreed financial results and market share
Develop and maintain local assortment, identify market needs, and closely coordinate with different functions to increase market shares and profitability
Coordinate and assist in devising the strategies, plan, budget, etc., to achieve the company's objectives and targets
Responsible for new product launches and implementations by working closely with local and regional marketing teams to drive the success of innovations
Develop and implement effective pricing and product management strategies by analysing market data and working closely with the Sales team to increase sales and market share in the designated geographic area
Being able to match the company's product portfolio to our target markets, identifying the gaps, and deciding on corrective action or products needed, and matching these needs with the correct innovations
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
7-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably
Solid experience in marketing, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Strong command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and judgment capabilities
Strong collaboration skills and organizational awareness
Curiosity, learning agility, and openness to change
Flexibility to travel and engage with diverse stakeholders
