Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing iGaming company with a portfolio of Finnish-facing casino brands. With a strong focus on performance, product excellence, and sustainable growth, they combine data-led marketing, strategic partnerships, and compelling brand positioning to strengthen their presence in competitive markets. As the business continues to scale, they are now seeking a Brand Manager to take full commercial ownership of their Finnish casino brands. This is a commercially critical leadership role that blends brand management, P&L ownership, acquisition growth, and affiliate partnership oversight. It is ideal for an iGaming professional who understands how brand, product, CRM, and performance marketing come together to drive profitable market growth. You will take primary commercial responsibility for the Finnish brand(s), driving performance across acquisition and partnerships while collaborating closely with Product, CRM, and central marketing functions to execute growth initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Finnish brand(s), driving revenue growth, margin optimisation, and forecasting
  • Contribute to and execute the Finnish market strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and commercially sustainable growth
  • Drive marketing initiatives and optimisation efforts aligned with market trends, player behaviour, and acquisition performance
  • Drive growth across acquisition channels, primarily but not limited to Affiliates
  • Optimise channel mix and performance based on ROI, scalability, and long-term value
  • Monitor and improve core KPIs across acquisition and retention
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, acquisition partners, suppliers, and platform stakeholders
  • Negotiate and optimise commercial agreements (CPA, hybrid, revenue share)
  • Maintain strategic oversight of Affiliate Managers while building long-term, sustainable brand partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Product and CRM to implement best-practice offers, campaigns, and retention strategies
  • Align promotional strategy with player trends, insights, and market opportunities
  • Ensure that marketing activities and partnership agreements align with Finnish regulatory requirements in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience within iGaming, ideally in a Country Manager, Brand Manager, or Senior Acquisition role
  • Strong background in online casino, with hands-on experience across brand, content, and performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of the Finnish market, including player behaviour, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing P&L responsibility
  • Track record of driving growth across acquisition channels, particularly Affiliates
  • Experience negotiating and structuring CPA, hybrid, and revenue share agreements
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and performance marketing principles, with awareness of how content and affiliate models drive player acquisition and revenue
  • Experience working closely with Product and CRM teams to optimise player lifecycle performance
  • Commercially driven, analytical, and comfortable operating autonomously at senior level

What we offer

  • Competitive Compensation: You will receive a highly competitive compensation package, which includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and other incentives, all reflective of your experience and contribution
  • Work-Life Balance: We value work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, recognising that achieving your best in your career requires a healthy balance between work and personal life
