We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to take full ownership of Starbucks marketing activities across the Czech and Slovak markets. You will join a closely connected team of international brand managers, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on brand growth and customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Full ownership of all Starbucks marketing activities for the Czech and Slovak markets
Development of the local marketing activation strategy based on the global brand strategy, ensuring effective execution
Preparation and management of the annual calendar of in-store and social media activities
Close collaboration with the Starbucks CE Marketing Director on initiatives strengthening brand positioning and global projects
Strong partnership with the Operations Director and Starbucks store teams
Management and development of the product portfolio, ongoing performance analysis, and recommending optimization actions, including coordination of NPD for the food category
Monitoring market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities
Conducting category profitability analyses and preparing data-driven pricing adjustments
planning and tracking the impact of initiatives on sales and profitability
Planning and managing the marketing budget
Leading and developing a team (4 direct reports)
Managing relationships with social media and PR agencies
Coordinating PR and CSR activities for the brand in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Working in an international environment within the CE region and collaborating with the Starbucks EMEA headquarters
Requirements:
University degree in Marketing, Management, or a related business field (marketing background strongly preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years of team management experience
Proven track record of independently leading projects and delivering results with strong execution
High level of ownership, initiative, and creativity
Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on analysis and insights
Advanced proficiency in English
Excellent organizational skills, with a high degree of independence, creativity, and proactiveness
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Analytical experience
familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage
