Are you ready to be the driving force behind our Premium Spirits success story? We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies tailored to our business needs and growth ambitions.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement brand and marketing plans in alignment with business objectives and long-term portfolio strategy
  • Drive brand positioning, equity development, and consumer engagement initiatives across channels
  • Analyze market trends, category dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
  • Lead strategic planning processes, including annual brand planning, forecasting, and budget management
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, translating insights into actionable improvements and optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure strong execution and alignment of brand initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate BTL activities while ensuring consistency with overall brand strategy and premium positioning
  • Manage relationships with marketing and creative agencies, establishing clear ways of working and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Monitor business performance and KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to drive sustainable growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related commercial function
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and brand strategies
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into business actions
  • University degree and fluency in English
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
  • A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and passion for innovation and brand building
