Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement brand and marketing plans in alignment with business objectives and long-term portfolio strategy
Drive brand positioning, equity development, and consumer engagement initiatives across channels
Analyze market trends, category dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
Lead strategic planning processes, including annual brand planning, forecasting, and budget management
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, translating insights into actionable improvements and optimization initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure strong execution and alignment of brand initiatives
Lead and coordinate BTL activities while ensuring consistency with overall brand strategy and premium positioning
Manage relationships with marketing and creative agencies, establishing clear ways of working and ensuring high-quality delivery
Monitor business performance and KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to drive sustainable growth
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related commercial function
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and brand strategies
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into business actions
University degree and fluency in English
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and passion for innovation and brand building
