Job Description:

A brand is built on expectation and experience. In its simplest form, it creates the associations and feeling people have when they see, hear or think of our organization or products. A desirable, relevant and distinctive brand will promote recognition and will help set us apart from our competition. The Brand and Creative team define and drive the creative vision and strategic direction of our key customer facing brands, ensuring consistency, innovation, and integration across all touchpoints. They set the standard for brand identity, digital experiences, and marketing by developing guidelines, assets, and platforms that execution teams follow and use to shape everything they do. The team collaborates with all areas of the business as well as external agencies to deliver best in class brand experiences for our customers and colleagues. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Plusnet brand, partnering with teams across the business to ensure our identity shines through every touchpoint.
