Job Description

Our client is a global, science-driven leader in developing and manufacturing high-quality biopharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). They specialize in extracting and purifying complex biological entities for critical treatments in fertility and critical care, deeply committed to patient safety and evidence-based medicine. Reporting to: Country Director; Location: Kuala Lumpur; Rewarding base salary; Work type: On-site. The role: Lead the design and execution of end-to-end marketing plans and omnichannel campaigns to achieve sales, market share, and brand equity targets. Conduct rigorous market research and sales analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize forecast accuracy, and lead successful new product launches. Build and sustain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to accelerate market access and strengthen brand positioning. Partner closely with field sales teams by delivering impactful promotional tools, high-quality product training, and joint commercial events to maximize execution quality. The experience: Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and product marketing within consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals or FMCG sectors. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership and external stakeholders. Possess a valid driving license.
