The Brand Manager, International will be working closely with several members of the International Marketing team. In this role, the Brand Manager, International will support the development and management of marketing materials, assist with vendor relationships, campaigns and other projects associated with promoting and educating physicians and patients on the Oncotype DX test. Success in this position will require attention to detail and the ability to carry out multiple tasks. The role reports to the Director, International Marketing and will work closely with all members of the International Marketing team, including country roles. The role is based in our Warsaw office.
Job Responsibility:
Support the implementation of the International Brand Plan
Develop marketing collateral and materials in close collaboration with Marketing and other stakeholders
Tactical execution of multi-channel integrated marketing plans, including customer segmentation, business trends, market opportunities, and content development
Develop and execute patient education content in close collaboration with medical affairs and other stakeholders
Successfully engage with advertising agencies to deliver high-quality assets, including, but not limited to, creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, PR, social media, and promotional materials
Maintain campaign metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities
Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization
Ability to travel 20% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, biology or field as outlined in the essential duties
2+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales functions, with a strong track record of performance
Experience in a highly regulated environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and to meet deadlines
Fluent in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
Nice to have:
Knowledge of German and other European languages a plus
Oncology market experience and sales experience are a plus
