We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to drive brand growth in our B2B professional hair business, serving primarily hairdressers and salon partners. You will shape how our brands come to life across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling experience. In this role, you will turn insights into impactful strategies while working closely with global and local teams.
Job Responsibility
Own and execute local brand and trade marketing strategy aligned with global brand direction
Drive brand growth in the local market, focusing on B2B customers as well as B2C strategies (salons, distributors, professionals)
Adapt and implement global brand strategies to fit local market dynamics
Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
Manage product launches, campaigns, and brand activations in the local market
Develop and execute trade marketing plans to drive sell-in and sell-out performance
