Job Responsibility

  • Formulate and execute annual brand strategies and go-to-market plans across diverse channels to successfully navigate recent Klang Valley retail shifts
  • Lead end-to-end consumer campaign activations while overseeing dedicated A&P budget optimization to secure targeted category volume growth
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor intelligence mapping to identify emerging commercial opportunities and guide future SKU rationalization frameworks
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with distribution networks, regional suppliers, and retail buyers to strengthen the route-to-market (RTM) strategy
  • Coordinate international trade processes, logistics documentation, and cross-functional marketing calendars across general trade vs. modern trade networks

Requirements

  • Professional degree in marketing management, international trade, business administration, or an equivalent corporate discipline
  • Minimum of four to five years of active commercial marketing experience focused within consumer goods or food manufacturing sectors
  • Demonstrated capability executing comprehensive 360-degree brand campaigns on time and within assigned budget parameters
  • Foundational knowledge of international trade fundamentals, import/export regulatory processes, and localized food standards including halal certification parameters
  • Strong cross-functional coordination attributes with professional communication qualities in English and Bahasa Malaysia to manage stakeholder diplomacy
