We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy, marketing execution, and commercial performance for a portfolio of popular snack products. This role is pivotal in shaping brand equity, launching innovations, and driving sustainable growth within a highly competitive market. You will support senior leadership in delivering consumer-centric marketing strategies and ensuring the smooth implementation of 360° campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of brand planning across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels
Champion new product development (NPD) and portfolio innovation, including launch strategies and go-to-market execution
Develop strong brand positioning based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis
Manage and track the A&P budget effectively to ensure cost efficiency and ROI on marketing investments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, sales, and supply chain) to align on key initiatives and channel strategies
Manage external agency relationships (creative, media, digital, and P.R.) to ensure high-quality outcomes and brand consistency
Monitor brand performance through sales data and business reviews, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
6–8 years of brand management experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within food or beverage categories
Proven track record in leading successful new product launches and executing 360° campaigns
Strong commercial mindset with experience in data-driven brand strategy and an understanding of Malaysian retail dynamics
Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, resourceful mindset
