As Brand Manager you will have ownership of a select number of portfolio brands and will be responsible for ensuring both their day-to-day and long-term success. Essentially, you’ll serve as a “business owner” of these brands and will conduct your business with the perfect blend of strategy, analytics, and execution while problem-solving on the go!

Job Responsibility

  • Implement a data-driven approach to evaluate, adjust, and maximize the success of each of your brand’s product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Aliexpress, ETSY, EBAY, Walmart etc.)
  • Develop and take action on integration plan and budget analysis for each product with the aim of creating brands on global markets, increasing sales volume and contribution margins
  • Ensure product listings are properly maintained with reference to best seller tags, monitoring metrics shifts, understanding market trends, changing customer profiles, demographics, daily reporting, competitive landscape, pricing changes, customer service, and inventory monitoring
  • Improve the knowledge of marketplaces and adapt new features of marketplaces into the brands and product pages
  • Coordinate with external supply chain sources, triggering purchase orders, follow manufacturing plan, optimal inventory, QC, and compliance
  • Work with our internal/external marketing teams on driving growth through brand-building and performance marketing initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate local and international logistic operations and, remote control off-shore warehouse activities
  • Explore relevant and appropriate omnichannel expansions for your brands both locally and globally
  • Follow competitor’s activities on the market and create action plans on how we build better brands and products
  • Partner with M&A/Integrations to successfully integrate new brands into our portfolio during post-acquisition
  • Work on CX to exceed customer service metrics for your brands and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with our internal team, to develop new complementary SKUs for your brands as well as provide input on greenfield private label brand launches

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product or brand management, marketing, or an analytical function, preferably at a startup or other fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of e-commerce experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field
  • Experience in strategic planning and business plan development including analytical skills, presentation development, and process management
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of industrial electronic components is a plus
