We are seeking a Brand Manager – Vaccines to join our New Zealand Vaccines team in a highly visible and impactful role. You will lead the strategic shaping and delivery of brand plans across our vaccines portfolio, operating in a complex and highly dynamic environment. This role goes beyond execution — you will play a key role in shaping brand strategy, translating insights into compelling multichannel campaigns, and partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to drive meaningful outcomes for patients and the healthcare system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shaping and delivering brand strategy aligned with global direction and local market needs
  • Leading end‑to‑end multichannel campaigns across consumer, primary care, specialist, government affairs and pharmacy channels
  • Translating customer and market insights into impactful, compliant brand initiatives
  • Partnering cross‑functionally to deliver campaigns on time, on budget and with measurable impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, health or a related field
  • Experience in brand or product marketing within healthcare or a regulated environment
  • Experience planning and executing multichannel campaigns
  • Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management skills
