Job Description:

As Brand Management Intern you will support the Brand Manager in executing brand communication activities, coordinating with agencies, and assisting in market research and campaign operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, and more.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle execution of brand content across channels (Social Media, Traditional media, …) under the guidance of Brand Manager
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to ensure timely and high-quality content production
  • Support the implementation of brand communication activities, including OOH, PR, CSR
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs
  • Handle paperwork, contracts, and assist in monthly spending updates (For both Brand & Digital branch)
  • Manage Marketing material documentation
  • Track and process all monthly payments to vendors and partners
  • Assist in monitoring page interactions, and coordinating with agencies to handle customer inquiries promptly (Gmail, Facebook, Zalo)

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
  • Experience in student clubs, marketing projects, or creative-related roles (content creation, events, social media, design, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with design tools (Adobe, Canva,…)
  • Excellence verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn with a hands-on mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship duration as required by the company
