A leading entertainment company is hiring a Brand Management and Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team. This on-site, temp role in California offers an exciting opportunity to support key franchise and property initiatives within our client's global division.
Job Responsibility
Create and maintain presentations, documentation, and sales materials that support client's branding initiatives
Develop templates and tools to streamline processes such as timelines, trafficking, and reference materials
Assist with daily operational support for the department, including coordinating review and approval of marketing assets
Design pitch decks and materials for milestone meetings with licensees and retailers
Maintain brand calendars and collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support product sell-in activities
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in brand management, franchise marketing, or licensing
Strong PowerPoint skills, including slide creation and template development
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, demonstrating dependability, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills
