Job Description

A leading entertainment company is hiring a Brand Management and Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team. This on-site, temp role in California offers an exciting opportunity to support key franchise and property initiatives within our client's global division.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and maintain presentations, documentation, and sales materials that support client's branding initiatives
  • Develop templates and tools to streamline processes such as timelines, trafficking, and reference materials
  • Assist with daily operational support for the department, including coordinating review and approval of marketing assets
  • Design pitch decks and materials for milestone meetings with licensees and retailers
  • Maintain brand calendars and collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support product sell-in activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in brand management, franchise marketing, or licensing
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including slide creation and template development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, demonstrating dependability, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills
