Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of how the brand delivers exceptional events and experiences across trade and consumer environments
  • Lead the planning and delivery of major festivals, brand activations and event partnerships
  • Ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand at its very best
  • Manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Balance creativity with flawless execution
  • Work closely with trade marketing, sales, operations and agency partners
  • Develop scalable processes that bring consistency and efficiency to the events programme
  • Manage relationships with event partners, operators and third-party bar teams
  • Ensure partnerships are both commercially effective and operationally successful
  • Evaluate event performance, capturing insights and continuously raising the bar for future activations
  • Provide guidance and support to the wider events team, helping build capability and confidence as the brand continues to grow
