Are you a strategic storyteller who believes great marketing can change lives and communities? United Way of Southwestern Indiana (UWSWI) is looking for a Brand Experience Director to lead the way we show up — in print, online, in the media, and in the hearts of our community members. In this role, you'll be the architect of UWSWI's brand presence and the force behind donor communication that moves people to give, volunteer, and engage. You'll craft campaigns that connect our community's most pressing challenges to our most compelling solutions — across every channel. This is not about managing the logo. As a member of the UWSWI Leadership Team, you'll be a strategic thought partner shaping how our mission reaches the right audiences at the right moments. You'll work alongside Development to build donor journeys that grow revenue, partner with staff and Board members to make them confident brand ambassadors and bring a data-informed lens to everything you create.
