Job Responsibility
Lead the creation and execution of engaging, high-quality social media content across established and emerging platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube), ensuring alignment with brand voice and platform best practices
Serve as the primary liaison for external social media agencies, providing strategic direction, briefing creative projects, and ensuring all content meets the brand’s standards for luxury and scientific accuracy
Own and meticulously manage the master social media content calendar, synchronizing efforts with brand priorities and product launch timelines to ensure a consistent and impactful content flow
Develop and implement strategies for expanding the brand’s presence on new and emerging digital platforms, maintaining its premium identity and expert authority
Collaborate with the internal community management team to uphold best practices for online engagement, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments and inquiries, and nurturing a positive online environment
Support the Brand Engagement Lead in managing external PR agencies, assisting with daily requests, sampling initiatives, and securing valuable earned media outreach
Orchestrate product seeding campaigns, identifying and partnering with relevant influencers and brand advocates to generate excitement and awareness for products, and analyze campaign results for continuous optimization
Mentor and guide a Marketing Trainee, offering clear direction and professional development, particularly for seeding initiatives and performance reporting
Manage day-to-day relationships with influencer agencies, providing direction, coordinating campaign and launch briefings, and facilitating ongoing communication
Monitor key social media metrics, track performance, and generate regular reports for the Brand Engagement Lead on the effectiveness of social media activities, including monthly performance summaries
Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitive activities, recommending strategic adaptations to maintain a competitive edge
Lead social listening efforts for new product launches and competitive insights, gathering consumer feedback to inform content optimization and enhance product messaging and marketing strategies
Provide essential administrative support to the Brand Engagement Lead, including scheduling posts, managing social media accounts, and assisting with various tasks as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in social media content creation, including visually appealing photos, videos, and graphics
Demonstrated experience in managing social media agencies and/or influencer agencies
Strong understanding of social media platform strategies and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Experience with comprehensive social media content calendar management
Familiarity with PR activations and supporting earned media outreach
Proficiency in social listening and social media analytics & reporting
Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
A deep understanding of the premium consumer goods sector
Nice to have
Experience in mentoring or supervising junior team members
Prior experience working at an agency or extensively with agencies
Ability to lead strategy for entry into emerging digital platforms
