We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help bring Arize to life across every touchpoint—from digital campaigns to field events to large-scale brand activations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who is deeply creative, highly detail-oriented, and obsessed with craft. You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand and cross-functional partners to define and execute a bold, cohesive brand that stands out in a rapidly evolving AI category.
Job Responsibility:
Design across a wide range of surfaces: digital ads, social, web, email, presentations, event collateral, and OOH
Own end-to-end execution for campaigns and launches, from concept to final production
Create compelling visual systems that scale across channels while maintaining consistency
Help evolve and refine Arize’s brand identity, guidelines, and visual language
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
Contribute to the development of standout brand moments, including events and large-scale activations
Partner closely with marketing, product marketing, and field teams to bring campaigns to life
Work with external vendors and partners (agencies, printers, fabricators) as needed
Translate complex, technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives
Maintain a high bar for quality, precision, and polish in everything you produce
Obsess over typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Continuously iterate and improve based on feedback and performance
Requirements:
~5 years of experience in brand design, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or startups
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, modern brand work across multiple channels
Deep attention to detail and a clear point of view on design
Experience designing for events, campaigns, and physical + digital environments
Ability to move quickly, be scrappy, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
Interest in AI, data, or technical products is a plus
