This position involves developing creative concepts, overseeing branding projects, and mentoring design teams while working collaboratively with a broader creative group to meet business objectives. The role includes oversight of style guides, communication materials, and project management for branding and digital assets.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns that align with marketing strategies and business goals
Collaborate with creative leaders and stakeholders to provide innovative solutions that meet brand communication needs
Define, maintain, and evolve brand standards, including style guides and logo applications
Oversee the design, copy, and layout of communication materials such as advertising, social media content, in-store materials, and digital marketing assets
Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met and quality is maintained
Provide direction and mentorship to graphic designers while reviewing and approving creative work
Utilize project management tools to organize workflows, assign tasks, and track progress
Develop and present pitch decks and templates for internal and external presentations, ensuring consistency with brand standards
Optimize creative processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate with third-party vendors and provide oversight during key events, including sales meetings.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, in both Mac and PC environments
Proven ability to lead and influence creative teams and stakeholders
Minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field
a Bachelor's degree is preferred
At least 5 years of experience in design or retail advertising, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team, with strong attention to detail
A portfolio showcasing published work, either in physical or digital format
Experience with Adobe Premiere and familiarity with food or grocery retail design is a plus.
