Job Description:

Our client is an exciting high-growth AI SaaS company that recently raised a significant Series E round and is scaling rapidly. Reporting to the Lead Designer, they’re now looking for a Brand Designer to shape the company’s visual identity and storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints. This is a full-time onsite role at their NYC HQ and an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage where your work will have visible, lasting impact on both the brand and the company’s trajectory.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and refine brand systems to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability
Create multi-media narratives and marketing materials across digital, print, and experiential channels
Evolve the website and digital platforms to strengthen positioning and brand character
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative work with business goals
Deliver high-quality outputs across ads, social content, presentations, campaigns, and sales enablement
Build toolkits, templates, and guidelines to maintain brand quality across the organization
Contribute to product design by supporting UI polish and visual consistency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines while upholding creative excellence

Requirements:

2+ years of professional brand design experience with a strong portfolio with full 360 campaign work
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to guide creative decisions
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments where priorities shift quickly
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams
Willingness to work onsite in NYC

Nice to have:

Motion design experience
Background across both startup and agency settings
Formal training in Graphic Design / Visual Communications
