We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Brand Designer to work at the intersection of communications and brand design. This is a highly technical graphic design role, with most of the work happening in Figma and Photoshop. You should have a strong point of view on layout, editorial design, typography, and photography, and be comfortable designing systems that scale. A systems-oriented mindset is essential, as this role supports work across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Job Responsibility:
Independently execute refined visual systems across email, social, and presentation decks
Must be able to think across mediums between copy, layout, as design is not just filling out a box
Apply a strong eye for layout, type hierarchy, and color palette to every deliverable
Stay fluent in social trends, with the ability to curate art direction, references, and visual inspiration
Contribute to all phases of creative production
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and or communications design
Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual craft, paired with strong design discipline
Strong sensibility for photography and image curation
Comfortable collaborating with senior and executive-level stakeholders
A well-developed visual point of view, demonstrated through a strong portfolio featuring brand storytelling and cross-channel work
FIGMA & Photoshop skills
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and AI tools are a bonus
BFA in Graphic Design or a related field
Strong preference for graduates of SVA, RISD, Pratt, Rhode Island School of Design, or equivalent internationally recognized programs
