Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Brand Coordinator to support the execution of ZealousWeb’s brand strategy and ensure consistency across all communication channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and PR teams to maintain brand integrity, assist in campaign management, and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about storytelling and design, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to explore AI-driven tools and analytics. Job Responsibility:

  • Support the implementation and coordination of ZealousWeb’s brand strategy
  • Assist in developing brand guidelines, marketing materials, and visual content
  • Monitor brand presence across digital platforms, social media, and campaigns
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and PR teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Track brand performance metrics and prepare reports for management
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and corporate branding activities
  • Help maintain brand assets, digital libraries, and collateral repositories
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding brand-related queries
  • Support day-to-day brand operations and ensure alignment with company values
  • Utilize AI-driven platforms to analyze brand performance, generate creative content, and optimize digital marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with brand management tools, AI tools, content management systems, and digital platforms
  • Basic knowledge of social media and online marketing channels
  • Ability to manage files, assets, and scheduling tools efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
