This role sits within the Direct to Consumer Marketing Department and supports the Senior Marketing Manager across brand, media, and organic social activities for General Entertainment and Local Production content. The position plays a central coordination role, working closely with DTC and International teams (PR, Performance Marketing, Sales & Partnerships, Research, Creative), wider Disney International business units, particularly Theatrical & Integrated Marketing, and external partners to ensure smooth workflows and high quality campaign execution. In addition, the role executes local social media and influencer strategy for all Brand & Content initiatives in collaboration with EMEA Social teams and manages a direct report responsible for social channel performance. Strong knowledge of OTT direct-to-consumer marketing is essential, alongside the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. The position also leads the design, planning, and implementation of physical and virtual marketing activations and events supporting Brand and Content initiatives and campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Senior Marketing Manager with day‑to‑day brand and General Entertainment IP operational activities, ensuring accurate delivery of campaigns in line with local and international guidelines and approval funnels
Coordinate and execute strategic and tactical marketing campaigns for General Entertainment and Local Production content
Define and execute local social media and influencer strategies in collaboration with the EMEA Social Media & Influencer team
Lead the design, planning, and execution of physical and virtual marketing activations and events
Build and maintain strong working relationships with EMEA Marketing Team
Create and deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports and presentations
Participate actively in brainstorming and strategy sessions, ensuring follow‑up actions and cross‑team alignment
Ensure deadlines and delivery timelines are met
Requirements:
Strong end-to-end brand and IP campaign management experience (on‑air & off‑air)
Experience with audience targeting and position analysis
Hands‑on experience in events, influencer management, and/or social media marketing
Strong knowledge of emerging media, social platforms, communities, and influencers, including Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Strong understanding of the entertainment and OTT competitive landscape
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Fluent English and Italian are essential
Basic knowledge of legal and financial principles in entertainment
