This role will be hybrid from our Shoreditch office!

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop content that builds and amplifies the SourceWhale narrative across key channels and audiences
  • Own brand voice and ensure consistency across every channel and touchpoint
  • Manage PR outreach and relationships with recruitment trade press and industry media
  • Plan, manage, and execute a content roadmap in close alignment with demand gen/growth
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to build and amplify founder-led narratives on channels like LinkedIn
  • turning vision and milestones into engaging, high-impact content
  • Maximize content impact by adapting long-form content into high-performing snippets across multiple channels
  • Support video scripts, data reports, and interactive content for both brand storytelling and performance marketing campaigns
  • Ensure content is not only engaging but also optimized for performance, ranking well and driving conversions
  • Use custom AI agents to edit, QA, and scale content production without dropping the quality bar
  • Build lightweight 'products' for your audience using vibe coding: tools, calculators, interactive content, resources that live on the website and drive engagement
  • Design and manage AI-assisted workflows for content distribution across channels
  • Continuously test new AI tools and agents to expand what one person can produce and ship

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years in a B2B SaaS marketing role with hands-on content and full funnel campaign experience
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR tech, or tools for recruiters. You must understand the world of agency recruiters
  • An extreme passion for creative content production and a “can do” mindset
  • Proven ability to write high-quality copy across formats: long-form, short-form, ads, web, email etc.
  • Experience writing for full funnel campaigns end to end across multiple channels
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and content strategy for search
  • You actively use AI tools to work faster, smarter and you adapt the newest models to enhance the way you work
  • Strong project management. You can hold multiple workstreams without dropping quality!
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where you build as much as you strategise
