Job Responsibility
Own and evolve DECJUBA’s tone of voice, ensuring messaging is consistent, elevated and fit for channel across all customer and internal touchpoints
Develop compelling messaging frameworks, campaign narratives, positioning and message hierarchy that bring brand and commercial objectives to life
Write, guide and edit shortform and longform copy across campaigns, blogs, website, social, emails, paid media, packaging, signage and internal communications
Ensure all written materials reflect the right tone, style and customer experience across DECJUBA, D-LUXE Basics, DECJUBA Kids, DECJUBA Foundation and DECJUBA Future
Empower channel managers with clear copy frameworks, prompt libraries and messaging tools that support fast, brand-aligned content creation
Conduct market, audience and competitor research to uncover trends, spark ideas and create relevant, customer-led content
Build strong relationships across Creative, Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, Retail and internal teams to align messaging, visuals and customer moments
Contribute to the evolution of copy, briefing and messaging processes, including how AI-powered tools can support creativity, consistency and efficiency
Champion brand consistency across emerging platforms, new tools and evolving customer touchpoints
Bring a campaign-led mindset to content across eDMs, website, social, print, in-store, internal and paid channels
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in content, brand strategy, editorial copywriting or a similar role
Strong shortform and longform copywriting skills, with exceptional attention to detail, grammar and spelling
Proven experience developing content strategy, campaign messaging and copy frameworks across multiple brands, business units or customer segments
The ability to turn brand and business strategy into clear, compelling messaging that connects with customers and drives commercial outcomes
A strong understanding of brand storytelling, customer journeys and how messaging flexes across digital, print, social, email, paid, in-store and internal channels
Confidence partnering with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure words, visuals and customer moments work together with impact
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to influence, present ideas and manage multiple priorities at pace
A genuine interest in fashion marketing, new tools and smarter ways of working, while always protecting brand integrity and tone of voice
