This person will lead grassroots community efforts, host ride-outs and events, manage digital channels, and create unforgettable experiences that bring the brand to life. It’s a role for a natural leader, a cultural connector, and a hyper-extroverted community magnet who can operate independently, handle pressure, and represent the brand with charisma and confidence.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, host, and manage ride-outs, events, community meetups, and activations across various cities
  • Create an ongoing calendar of community activities, trips, and grassroots initiatives
  • Oversee digital community spaces (Discord, forums, groups) to keep conversations active, positive, and aligned with the brand’s vibe
  • Identify new event opportunities, evaluate their fit, and manage logistics from planning through post-event wrap-up
  • Maintain strong presence within local and national culture scenes (bikes, skate, surf, music, adventure sports)
  • Build genuine relationships across all walks of life—no ego, no classism, inclusive of everyone from casual riders to die-hard enthusiasts
  • Operate with a high degree of independence
  • handle rapid decision-making and fast-changing needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support larger brand goals and take work off leadership’s plate
  • Travel frequently for events, community activations, and cross-country trips as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience leading community, events, field marketing, or grassroots cultural initiatives
  • A naturally charismatic, outgoing, highly extroverted personality—comfortable hosting, speaking, and leading groups
  • Deep familiarity with culture tied to bikes, outdoor lifestyle, skate/surf, action sports, or similar scenes
  • Genuine love for riding and hands-on involvement in the lifestyle
  • Experience managing and moderating online community channels (ideally Discord)
  • Strong operational and logistical skills
  • able to plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end
  • Comfortable working irregular hours (evenings/weekends) for events and community gatherings
  • Able to travel frequently and thrive on the road
  • Confident, resourceful, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
  • Senior enough to take ownership, make decisions, and represent the brand long-term
