Job Description

At Real Life Options, we support people to live life on their own terms. This includes our charity that works with individuals with disabilities and autism, as well as our home care services. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our mission to life through clear, powerful, creative, engaging and consistent visual communications that genuinely connect with people. You will play a key role in how our organisation looks and feels, helping us tell remarkable stories, connect with our audiences visually, and strengthen our brand across everything we do. This isn’t transactional marketing. Yes, you’ll need to be organised, disciplined and able to deliver to deadlines. But more importantly, you’ll be creative, confident and motivated by purpose. We are looking for a Brand Communications Officer (Creative & Graphic Design) who can bring our communications to life visually and ensure our brand is consistently represented across all internal and external channels. You will be part of the Group Marketing & Communications Team, reporting to the Group Marketing & Communications Lead, and working closely with the Digital Marketing Communications Officer and Marketing Apprentice to deliver high-quality visuals for campaigns and communications.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Apprentice to support campaign delivery and ensure assets created are suitable across channels
  • Contribute to the development of creative concepts and help bring campaigns to life visually
  • Ensure all assets are on brand, high quality, and ready for final approval by the Group Marketing & Communications Lead
  • Support the organisation and maintenance of assets within the DAM system (Canva)

Requirements
