Brand Building Specialist role in Home Care Marketing, focusing on the Detergent Bars Market of India.
Job Responsibility:
Develop an in-depth understanding of regional markets, consumers, and leading communication within the Detergent Bars Market of India
Independently analyse internal and external data to identify cluster x pack x channel level issues/opportunities and action them
Work with media teams and other stakeholders to deploy an effective media mix for Rin across traditional and new-age media platforms
Brief and create communication strategies for Rin Bars Statics x Creatives (in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies)
Liaise with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Procurement to lead end-to-end networks involving pricing changes, SKU launches, pack and product changes
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing
Strong Consumer Centricity and ability to interact and crack consumer insight
Strong analytical capabilities - Proficient in Nielsen, IMRB, and Chanakya
comfortable working with large datasets
Knowledge of General Trade and Modern Trade Channels
Network management & Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams
Experience liaising with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, CD (Sales), and other partner functions
independent thinking with an owner’s mindset
High bias for action, global mindset, consumer centricity, and strong project management skills
