Job Description:

The Brand Associate / Senior Brand Associate is responsible for marketing support of the Category Lead including, operational execution, implementation of the portfolio communication strategy and follow–up, support of internal communications among the team and coordination and alignment with enabling functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist Category Lead and Brand Lead in implementing brand strategies
  • Follow up promotional calendar and territory POAs and perform analysis of the scope, impact and efficiency of promotional investment
  • Maintain territory dashboards and run Value Added Programs impact analysis
  • Support the development of promotion materials and sales literature
  • Deliver project coordination according to pre-defined action plan for regular events
  • Manage institutional database
  • Support budget controls both at country-wide and territory level
  • Coordinate logistics and contents of BU meetings, field force POAs, team buildings and training-related activities including managing the virtual training calendar
  • Coordinate Speaker Tours, interacting with Speakers and KOLs for logistics
  • Set-up and distribute promotional cycles
  • Manage travel coordination, calendar and meeting arrangement of International and National Congresses and Seminars

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing
  • Good understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Good learning agility
  • Willing to embrace challenges
