Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Brand and Devices Educator to deliver high-quality training, lead brand and device training initiatives, and respond effectively to evolving education needs across our portfolio. In this role, you will provide expert training on Medik8, Epicutis, and jane iredale (where applicable), as well as any future brands introduced. You will also be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on devices across the Healthxchange Group. As a passionate brand ambassador, you will represent our brands with authenticity and expertise, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions and clinical support that enhance their product knowledge and treatment outcomes. You will design and deliver bespoke education programmes to a diverse audience, including Healthcare Professionals and Beauty industry practitioners. Through your work, you will position education as a key driver of business growth, supporting the development and success of our partner clinics and accounts.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as an engaging trainer within the brand and device team, to ensure that training delivery is standardized and education KPIs are successfully achieved
  • Effectively respond to all training needs by delivering in Academy, in Clinic and online training sessions
  • Deliver engaging, in depth, up to date content in all relevant brands/devices ensuring all delegates feel confident to offer treatments in an appropriate setting
  • Manage schedule appropriately to respond to all account needs and support business development in relevant brands because of cohesive workflow
  • Achieve premium account support by offering educational support that is accessible and ensures a positive patient experience
  • Follow up after training with required data input into relevant systems
  • Prioritise to ensure training feedback is recorded after training delivery
  • Input all relevant training data, to ensure effective reports can be pulled
  • Highlight any gaps highlighted via reporting
  • Raise and take agreed steps in terms of actions required to ensure a solution focused working approach
  • Maintain and develop the use of Brands and Devices through: In clinic support

  • Working alongside business development managers to ensure reasonable clinical needs are supported
  • Develop, maintain and create relevant educational content across all relevant functions within the business
