Job Description:

Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this role leads all external and internal communications owning outcomes most closely linked to awareness, consideration and preference for employees, clients and prospects. The role will have influence over the ideation, design, production and delivery of core communications across the entire business, helping strengthen the brand reputation and driving clarity of benefits, ultimately driving positive engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and delivery of the Communication roadmap for internal and external engagement
  • Delivering impactful industry and client research, insights, points of view and content via both proactive and re-active publicity in partnership with our PR agency
  • Conception of brand campaigns across our key customer verticals, plus employees and partners
  • Creation and execution of an exec advocacy program that complements the broader communications roadmap

Requirements:

  • Content ideation and production across multiple formats
  • Able to own a long backlog of communication requirements, prioritising for impact whilst balancing stakeholder expectations
  • Self-reliant, but takes a collaborative approach
  • Process-minded and delivery-driven
  • Astute regarding the wider business strategy and the role brand, communications and content play within it
