We’re looking for a Full-Time Brand Ambassador who is curious, empathetic, and excited to be part of our guests journey. This role is all about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests with genuine excitement and create a positive experience from the start
Assist guests in navigating the showroom and choosing registry items
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, safety info, and brand standards
Help guests understand and manage their Babylist registries
Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining showroom cleanliness
Help drive registry adds and guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service
Share ideas and feedback to help improve the in-store experience
Requirements:
6+ months of experience in retail, hospitality, or guest service
Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity
Care deeply about helping others and making meaningful connections
Energized by teamwork and shared goals
Engage confidently with guests and teammates
Thrive in busy environments with lots of moving parts
Respond to questions and issues with professionalism and care
Available to work mid week, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Can lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods (6-8 hours)
Weekend availability is required
