Renault Retail Group is expanding its presence at the iconic Battersea Power Station with rnlt, our modern, immersive boutique designed to bring the Renault brand closer to the community. The rnlt space showcases Renault's latest electric and hybrid vehicles alongside lifestyle pieces from the Renault Originals collections. This purposefully compact, experience‑driven environment blends warmth, design and digital interactivity, reflecting Renault Group's FutuREady strategy of elevating customer experience and embracing future technologies. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll help visitors explore vehicles, merchandise and brand culture. This role combines customer‑focused interaction with practical retail responsibilities in a busy, high‑footfall environment. It may suit those with experience as a Product Genius, Product Specialist, Brand Host or Customer Experience Host in automotive or experiential retail. Hours: 20 hours per week. £15,000 pa basic salary, OTE £21,000 pa. 5 weeks' annual leave, pro‑rated for your pattern and start date. Paid time off in lieu for any bank‑holiday working. Occasional overtime available.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and support them in exploring Renault's latest electric and hybrid models
Demonstrate in-car technology, including Google-powered infotainment, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
Support customers using rnlt's digital and AR/QR displays
Assist customers with our Renault Originals merchandise range
Handle stock checks, item retrieval and small/fast transactions
Support replenishment, display updates and ordering store consumables (coffee supplies, till rolls, printer consumables)
Maintain stock integrity, protect display items during busy periods and prepare sold labels when needed
Maintain store supervision and keep customers informed when stepping away to retrieve items
Process payments and product orders
Support test-drive enquiries, bookings and ID checks
Assist with occasional in-store events
Requirements:
Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles
A calm, organised approach and ability to prioritise during busy periods
Confidence supporting customers using Google, Apple and Android smartphone ecosystems
