To generate sustained knowledge, passion and commitment for Glenfiddich amongst consumers, customers and the media in India in order to maximise visibility, top of mind awareness and build a strong brand presence in the marketplace in line with WGSI business targets.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, deliver review and evaluate agreed range of activities to increase awareness and knowledge amongst customers and current/prospective consumers of Glenfiddich Brand in line with Brand profile, current Brand plan and budget
Build strong working relationships with agencies, customers and internal stakeholders in order to optimise opportunities to deliver value adding activities and increase product visibility
Ensure, through a range of activities, that customers are equipped to serve and promote the Brand to consumers, enabling them to become champions/ambassadors for the Brand
Proactively identify opportunities for improving brand presence and driving distribution.
Provide input to brand plans in prioritising investments and evaluating Brand initiatives
Be the face of the brand and source of brand knowledge to our own employees (and extended community), to help with internal brand building
To build a community of brand followers using digital channels and PR
Requirements:
Interest driven by curiosity about the category and industry
Spirits industry knowledge and experience desirable
Digital and social networks influencer in his/her community
Ability to build sustainable rapport with key contacts within the business and wider consumer group, in formal and informal (social) settings
Ability to express self in a clear, succinct, compelling and energetic manner in individual and group situations, adjusting language and style to capture the attention of the audience and organizational skills
