Job Description

Brand Ambassador – Food Sampling. Product Demonstrator. Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting the best brands to todayÆs shoppers sounds appealing, a position as a Brand Ambassador with us, is the place for you! We are looking for part time Product Demonstrators who will promote products, share samples and provide information to consumers. Mosaic is among the biggest sales and marketing companies in North America connecting with customers on behalf of our clients for more than 30 years. We represent todays leading brands!

Job Responsibility

  • Are available most weekends
  • Are comfortable working independently
  • Love to interact with customers
  • Think you have what it takes to have an impact on consumers purchase decisions
  • Are confident in your ability to meet sampling targets

Requirements

  • Valid Smart Serve certification and a Food Handlers Certificate BEFORE interviewing
  • Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
  • Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours)
  • Ability to set up and disassemble your sampling booth (all items are stored on location)
  • Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet to complete your nightly reporting
  • Access to a vehicle is mandatory (able to travel the Niagara Falls and surrounding areas)
  • Liquor Certification is mandatory
  • Food Safety certified or willing to require prior to your first shift

  • Serve as product knowledge expert for the Campari Champagne brands, including Lallier and Fleur de Miraval, as well as the category as a whole
  • In a very crowded category, educate trade and distributor partners on key points of differentiation
  • Support sales division teams with distributor meetings, sommelier tastings, staff trainings, commercial work withs and trade events / private client events, in-store tastings as needed
  • Business development: call on a specific subset of Target Accounts per market to drive distribution, velocity and visibility
  • Collaborate with local Sales/Distributor teams to ensure proper Forecasting, Pricing and to ensure orders generated are placed/fulfilled
  • Aim to convert key trade (i.e., sommeliers and account decision makers) and distributor partners into Lallier and Fleur de Miraval Champagne advocates
  • Be the face of the brand for select consumer tastings and events
