This position is responsible for representing Outdoor Brands in a field sales capacity. This role will drive sales, elevate brand presence, and execute high-impact retail and event activations. It blends sales leadership, team management, and operational execution to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Drive direct-to-consumer and assisted retail sales through product demos, customer engagement, and education
Ensure a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable brand presence across all customer and partner touchpoints
Build relationships with retail teams to improve product knowledge, merchandising compliance, and sell-through
Execute in-store and market events, including peak seasonal and promotional activations
Maintain visually compelling, brand-compliant displays with accurate pricing and signage
Requirements:
Proven success in direct-to-consumer sales and field team leadership
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
Willingness to travel extensively (80–100%) and work weekends
Physical capability for event setup and long-duration standing
Business to Consumer sales experience and passion is a must
Strong communication skills and a genuine love of people
Willingness to learn
Ability to work independently
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
This position requires 80% + travel
