Job Responsibility

Keep the dish area free of clutter and organized
Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift
Responsible for trash disposal and linen bag removal
Monitor the performance of the dish machine and make sure the washed items meet the rinse and wash temperature criteria
