Job Responsibility:
Implement the brand’s market positioning in retail and e-com, collaborating with relevant teams (BU, Digital, Retail, Sales, education) to ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all relevant touchpoints
Build and execute the activation calendar around the commercial plan for the BU, ensuring alignment with key trading moments and brand priorities and coordinate strategies across accounts
Alignment of trade plan and CRM Plan
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand image compliance for all activations (retail and digital)
Drive the development of innovative and meaningful content: content plan, visibility and services offline/online POS
Competition review on POS and online
Animation of our counters & BAs excitement in collaboration with Retail
Act as BU lead at all retailer meetings
Brand Eventing that includes Retailers, & Consumers regardless of location is Online+Offline Responsibility
To be consulted on Brand Expression for other types of eventing
Distribution Strategy & Business Planning
Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy of the brand across all channels (retail, e-retail) on all the distribution scope, contributing to a seamless brand experience and maximized ROI
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design strategies to drive consumer loyalty and extract insights
