Job Description:

Come and join us as a Branch Stock Planner to help us grow, deliver sales and exceed customer expectations. You’ll be self motivated and a real team player, ideally with some warehouse experience and knowledge of the products associated with our industry - although enthusiasm and a can-do attitude is just as important! You’ll thrive on providing the best customer service and being a huge support to your branch colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support CPS and PTS branches to effectively manage stock at all times by monitoring branch stock replenishment orders
  • Setting optimal replenishment parameters, query outliers with branches & PO Authorisation checks & actions
  • Maintain availability on National Core & Branch Select Ranges
  • Conduct branch Trigger & ROM monthly reviews
  • Support PDH, DHS & Supplier range reviews and returns cleanse schedule
  • Support Regional Stock Managers with new branch openings & closure branches replenishment set up and run down
  • Monitor branch stock replenishment orders in line with weeks cover targets
  • Identify target branches requiring additional support
  • Plan, report on, and train as required to manage stock value
  • Check and authorise manual branch purchase order requests via the Google Responses sheet
  • Regularly review Range Stock Availability reports
  • Ensure branch compliance on Range stock availability
  • Support branch teams in rectifying out-of-stock situations for core items
  • Conduct regular Trigger & ROM reviews in branches
  • Manage range rollout and returns processes as required
  • Support launch of new branches as well as closures
