Job Description:

Branch Small Business Banker responsible for building relationships with small business clients, selling banking products, and serving as primary relationship manager for customers with annual gross sales between $500k and $2MM

Job Responsibility:

Build, maintain, and grow relationships with small business banking clients
Sell business deposit accounts and credit products
Service business customers in branch environment
Conduct business banking functions over the phone
Act as primary relationship manager for portfolio of small business customers
Participate in community organizations and build relationships with centers of influence

Requirements:

2+ years of branch small business banking experience
SAFE registration required
Experience managing dedicated book of small business customers
Knowledge of bank lending programs, credit policies, and specialty products
Customer service experience handling complex transactions
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention

Nice to have:

1+ year experience managing dedicated book of small business customers
Knowledge and understanding of book of business
Strong business acumen for financial services consultation
Experience mentoring and peer-coaching others
High motivation with ability to meet team objectives
