Job Responsibility

  • Work within the branch sales team, dealing directly with customers to maximise sales at every opportunity
  • Work to expand our customer base by helping to identify and develop new accounts
  • Handle customer orders and enquiries by phone and email on a frequent basis
  • Build up friendly relationships by giving great customer service which will encourage repeat business
  • Communicate with the team and suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer from start to finish, making sure their order is delivered on time and in full

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar phone based sales role with great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised, with good numerical and computer skills

  • You will be working in a busy sales office environment, but there is no cold calling involved
