  • Ensure proper implementation and application of company policies and procedures, specifically regarding inventory control, delivery, billing, collections, and security
  • Keep meticulous track of products to determine causes for discrepancies between inventory counts and stock control records, and recommend remedial action
  • Step up to assist the team in various branch duties, demonstrating a hands-on and accountable leadership approach

Requirements

  • College education in business administration, management, or a combination of relevant education and industry experience
  • Proven, hands-on experience in the sale of electrical products and a deep understanding of industry dynamics
  • Willingness to work entirely on-site in Markham, Ontario, for 5 days a week
  • Ability to occasionally participate in annual physical inventory counts as required by branch operations
  • Strong track record of stable tenure, accountability, and professional growth in previous roles
  • Exceptional business administration skills and business acumen to analyze financial reports and develop implementation strategies
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities with a track record of driving sales strategies and meeting fiscal targets
  • Highly outgoing, competitive, and accountable personality with a distinct winning attitude
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications for daily business administration tasks
