Job Description:

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity, working within a unique retail environment for a market leading business? Arco have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Branch Sales Advisor to join the team, working from our store in Darwen. As a Branch Sales Advisor you will deliver high levels of customer service, and actively drive sales activity, improving customer loyalty and growing Arco’s profitability.

Job Responsibility:

Providing high levels of customer service and build strong customer relationships
Supporting with opening accounts, providing quotations and customer account management
Driving sales through customer calling, leaflet distribution and other sales activity
Managing cash in line with company policies and procedures including cashing up, processing refunds and supporting with the banking collection
Following merchandising principles, including pricing, campaign set ups and ensuring product displays are well maintained.
Assisting with control of stock, including processing of deliveries, click and collect and actioning weekly stock counts.
Supporting Branch operations including stock preparation, stock management and restocking of customer sites (where required)
Complying with and being an advocate for Health & Safety and Security at all times

Requirements:

Experience of working face to face with customers, preferably in a retail environment
Experience of sales, either over the phone or face to face
Strong IT skills
Microsoft Word, Excel etc. and the ability to learn new software
Driving licence is preferred
