Job Responsibility

Utilize banking software to accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries
Market a full range of banking products and services to existing and potential individual and small business customers
Service account relationships on an ongoing basis, both inside and outside the bank
Maintain accurate records of customer credit and banking transactions

Support the Senior Teller by answering questions, resolving customer concerns, and assisting with teller duties
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to achieve referral and sales goals
Assist other banking centers as required, ensuring seamless customer service across locations
Counsel customers on financial services, providing recommendations based on their unique needs
Handle loan applications, including documentation, follow-up, and accurate processing
Participate actively in sales and marketing initiatives within the banking center
