Job Description

As a Branch/Retail Banking Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer applications, maintain up-to-date customer records, and address customer inquiries. You will also oversee customer accounts and take appropriate actions. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Efficiently manage customer credit applications
  • Maintain accurate and current customer credit records
  • Utilize Banking software and Accounting Software Systems for data processing
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
  • Oversee customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary
  • Use LaserPro and Lawon ERP in daily operations
  • Process checks and oversee collection processes
  • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage consumer loans and credit processes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Knowledge and experience with Banking software
  • Proficiency in Data Processing
  • Familiarity with LaserPro software
  • Experience with Lawon ERP system
  • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
  • Experience in Check Processing
  • Understanding of Collection Processes
  • Knowledge of Consumer Loans procedures
  • Familiarity with Credit systems and policies
