Branch Relief (Civils) Locations covered: Ammanford and Pembroke Dock Are you friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused? We’re looking for a Brach relief to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while keeping the branch running smoothly. What You’ll Do: - Provide first-class service to every customer, in person and over the phone. - Support with sales by processing transactions, raising paperwork, and forwarding leads. - Accurately pick and prepare orders for deliveries, collections, and stock transfers. - Loading vehicles on the yard and ensure goods are stored safely. - Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and keep displays well-presented. - Handle supplier deliveries, checking quality and quantity of goods. - Keep the branch, yard, and warehouse safe, clean, and well-organised. - Operate forklifts safely (training provided if required). What We’re Looking For: - Great communication and customer service skills. - A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail. - Reliability and flexibility to support across different tasks. - Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in retail, trade, or warehouse roles is a plus (but not essential). - Forklift licence desirable — training is available.
